Compulsory Rider Briefings

All riders are required to attend the compulsory pre-race briefing each day. These will be delivered 15 minutes prior to that stages start. The briefing will inform you on what to expect on course, road rules, dismount zones and rider etiquette. Time penalties will be awarded to riders who do not obey the race rules.

Rider Packs

Rider packs will be available at Crowne Plaza Hunter Valley on Wednesday 23rd May between 3.00pm and 7.00pm. Your pack will include your timing chips, rider plate, tourism information and sponsor giveaways.

After a big day on the bike you’ll be loving the sight of the team at Muscle Tone Massage who will be at the finish line each day to get those weary muscles recovered and ready for the next stage.

Sessions are $20 for 20 minutes and you can either rock up on the day or to guarantee a spot email to pre-book your spots each day. (Cash only)

Bike Wash

A free of charge Bike Wash will be available at each finish line (as well as when you come off the beach at Stage 4!)

You can also take advantage of the Maxima BioWash and Lube Service presented by Breakaway Cycles for just $10 per day or $30 for all 4 days. You can either pre-book on our website or book in at Registration. So let the guys from Breakaway sort your bike while you rest up and enjoy the food and atmosphere with proceeds going to the Hunter Mountain Bike Association.

The official event photographer for the event is Finisher Pix. Photos can be pre-purchased as an additional purchase when registering for Port to Port 2018. Photos will be available for purchase post event online from
